so, my first class actually turned out to be quite enjoyable. my first lecture in managing organizations involved studying what went wrong in the team dynamic of an airline crew minutes before their plane crashed (cough, bad captain, cough). it was a bit morbid, but also unbelievably fascinating, kind of like sorority life on mtv.

so, i went to study at the library for the first time since undergrad yesterday. libraries have this distinct smell that you forget until you walk into one. the rush of paper and hundred year old dust is unmistakable. now i just need to find someone to pass notes with.
