so last night for dinner i made sauteed seitan with onions, a side of okra and portobello mushrooms with garam masala, and a salad. in the middle of it, i realized i was not stressed out in the least. a few years ago, the exent of my cooking was grilled cheese, pasta, and quesadillas. people that said that cooking was "relaxing" befuddled me. now i've become one of those people, and i think everyone should learn their way aroudn the kitchen. i owe it all to the food network, the best channel ever.
